OUR 30 DAY GUARANTEE
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase of an off the shelf product, simply call Affordable Uniforms Online for a Return Authorization. The return item must be in its original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories and you will receive a prompt exchange or refund, excluding shipping charges and manufacture required stock fees. Merchandise purchased with a credit card will be credited to the card used for that transaction. Items that are dropped shipped might shipment back to the manufacturer and be subject to a restocking charge as required by the manufacturer’s policy. We will refund shipping charges on incorrectly shipped merchandise. We encourage you to insure any returned merchandise, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
30 day guarantee does not apply to any item that has been custom decorated or custom designed speficially for you. This includes items such as batting gloves, football gloves, sublimated apparel, spiritwear, and promotional items.
DYE SUBLIMATED APPAREL
Full dye sublimated garments produced at UED are hand made and produced by professional seamstresses to the specifications listed on our size charts. However we cannot guarantee that all dye sublimated garments will sew with 100% accuracy to those specifications. The specs are a guideline which we strive to meet on each product. We DO NOT replace any garments that meet these specification within a ratio of 3.5% or less.
Dye sublimated garments a custom made to order product created by utilzing our standard color chart. All apparel is made by the process of transfering artwork images onto the fabric and then the garments are cut and sewn. If specifc colors are to be utilized when creating your garments it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the desired PMS color code and state the color specification in writing before we start creating your artwork. Computer monitors and printer vary in how they reproduce the colors of images and artwork. AUO cannot guarantee that the finished product will be a 100% match unless PMS color codes are utilized. We DO NOT replace any garments for slight varations in the shade of a color(s) that were not designed using spedific ecific PMS color codes. Additonal charges apply for PMS color matching.
All dye sublimated uniforms are custom manufactured to order. Lead time for our uniforms to be ready for ship from Phoenix Arizona is generally 3 to 4 weeks after final art approval. We make every effort to ship all order within this time frame, but do not guarantee final ship dates do to the dynamic nature of custom macufacturing. From time to time customers need uniforms faster that our published time frame request expedited shipments. We are happy to make every possible effort to move orders up in production, however we DO NOT guarantee a ship date and are not bound by customer requests.
All sublimated garments are custom manfauctured. Once you have signed off on final approval orders cannot be cancelled. Custom uniforms are not returnable product.
All merchandise is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranties but not against mishandling or uncommon abuse. Defective merchandise will be replaced or repaired depending on the manufacturer’s policy. Defective products will be replaced with the same stock number, color and size.

Phoenix Screen Printing makes every attempt to process orders for in-stock merchandise the same day they are received. Our standard cut-off time for daily order processing is 1 p.m. CST Monday-Friday. Orders for in-stock merchandise received during the weekend (after the Friday cut-off time) will ship on the following Monday. Orders may be delayed if we experience any issues processing your credit card information. Please make certain that you provide your correct Account Name, Billing Address, Card Type, Account Number, and Security Code. There is a $25.00 returned check charge.
By creating a account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, account password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Phoenix Screen Printing does sell products for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may order from Phoenix Screen Printing only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Misuse, fraud, misrepresentation or unauthorized use our brand, company name, website, logos or images is prohibited. Uniforms Express Direct reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion at any time.

CUSTOM EMBROIDERY & SCREEN PRINTING AVAILABLE

Custom decorated items are not eligible to be returned. Decoration lead time varies based upon the specific product you chose. An estimated lead time for completion will be provided when you place your order.
OPEN ACCOUNT POLICY
We extend 30-day terms to accredited U.S. educational institutions, upon receipt of an authorized and signed purchase order. Please allow 5–7 business days to process new accounts. Past due accounts will be charged 1 ½% per month per month (18% annually). These are the only terms for Open Accounts.
Your privacy is important to us. We do not make our mailing list widely available. If you would like your name excluded in the rare cases we make our list available, please notify Customer Service.
If you receive duplicate catalogs, call us with your correct address, or send both mailing labels, circling the correct address.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to honor published catalog prices.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
No Decorated Items: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days of purchase. We will credit your original payment method less shipping and handling charges. We will however refund shipping charges on products that are defective or received in error. We encourage you to insure any returned merchandise, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. Drop-shipped items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, depending on the manufacturer’s policy.
Custom Decorated Items: Items that have been custom decorated with screen printing, heat, embroidery or other custom embelishment are not returnable.
